Description: StarDrive Solution Train Manager - Level 5We are Lockheed MartinWhat You Will Be DoingAs a key member of the Lockheed Martin Aeronautics, the Solution Train Manager will lead the planning and execution of integrated capabilities for the 3DX digital thread ecosystem. This will require coordination across domains, Agile Release Trains (ARTs), IT Systems, and organizations. The Solution Train Manager will work closely with key stakeholders including Program Leadership, IT Architecture, Business Process redesign teams, ARTs, and Agile Teams.Working in a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) environment, the Solution Train Manager will have the following responsibilities: Ensure solutions are defined, developed, and deployed effectively within the Xcelerator ecosystem. Communicate business priorities and value for integrated capabilities by coordinating with the Program Customers and managing the Solution Train backlog. Define Architectural Assessments and business process definition work that will be needed to support integration capabilities. Lead Solution Train Planning Events for each Program Increment and forecast scope for next Program Increment. Lead Solution Train Sync meetings to manage execution of the development and testing of integrated capabilities. Lead Solution Train Change Control Board to ensure integrated capabilities have been tested, processes are in place, and capabilities are ready for deployment and use on Programs. Manage to resolution Program/Environment and other solution level issues with the various ARTs as they arise. Escalate solution issues and risk to Program Manager when required.
