Description:Core responsibilities include: Designing complex structures, ensuring they meet codes and project requirements. Supervise the development of BIM models using Autodesk Revit for Contract Documents Review shop drawings, respond to RFIs, and perform site observations during the CA phase of the project. Define project budgets and scopes, interfacing effectively with clients and construction teams. Mentor junior staff providing invaluable technical leadership. Education and Licensure: A bachelor’s or master’s degree in civil engineering Project management experience. Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) license. Complete the 8-hour NCEES Civil-Structural Examination. Skills & Experience: Proficient understanding of structural engineering principles. familiarity with construction materials and procedures. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Decisiveness and critical thinking abilities. Attentional to detail and organizational skills. Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Collaborative mindset with a knack for problem solving.
