Dynamic Systems Structures is responsible for the structural integrity of rotor systems, blades and transmissions systems. The ideal candidate will work on all stages of the product life cycle from initial design to production and field support performing conceptual, preliminary, and detailed structural analysis.This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a talented team responsible for the next generation of vertical lift aircraft.Responsibilities for this position include: Perform conceptual, preliminary, and detailed structural analysis of blades, rotors, and transmissions components. Use classical analysis and finite element software to help design efficient structures Calculate static Margin of Safety and conduct fatigue analysis to determine component retirement time of metallic and composite structures.
