Currently hiring experienced remote customer service representatives for a well established footwear designer and distributor company!Remote in the following states: Colorado, Arizona, and Texas (excluding Houston)Hours of Operation: Must have availability Monday-Sunday 7am-6pmStart Date: October ClassesContract Duration: 3-4 month contract during peak season, have the opportunity to be rehired next seasonDescription:
Provide premium service and maintain relationships with customers through phone, chat, email, and social media
Inquiries may include logistics of packages, returns, product and warranty questions
Assist customers with product information, assistance navigating website, and general questions
Qualifications:
Customer service experience from retail, service or any hospitality industry (must have decent tenure in each role)
Skills: Interpersonal skills, customer service experience, written and verbal communication, computer proficiency
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
Physical Demands: Must be able to see, hear, speak and write clearly in order to communicate with employees and customers. Manual dexterity required.
Must have reliable internet with hardwire connection (wireless/satellite providers are not acceptable)
