Position SummaryThe National Vice President (NVP) of Field Asset Management provides executive leadership for the strategy, governance, and performance of facilities management and capital program execution across a national, multi-market real estate portfolio. This role oversees a leadership team and ensures consistent execution of capital improvements and repairs & maintenance programs aligned with enterprise objectives. The NVP is responsible for establishing operating models, driving operational excellence at scale, and aligning capital investments with business strategy, growth objectives, and long-term asset value creation.
