Position SummaryThe Regional Vice President (RVP) of Asset Management provides executive leadership over facilities management and capital program execution across a large, multi-market real estate portfolio. This role is responsible for setting strategy, driving operational excellence, and ensuring consistent delivery of capital improvements, repairs, and maintenance programs aligned with organizational objectives. The RVP leads and develops Senior Facilities Managers and Facilities Managers while establishing scalable processes, governance, and performance standards across regions. This position works with executive and cross-functional stakeholders to optimize asset performance, control costs, and minimize business disruption.
