Investment Consulting: Designs overall investment programs for clients, considering various complexities. Promotes the effectiveness of structured investment processes to maximize investment returns. Selects and supervises appropriate investment managers to ensure effective portfolio management. Defines and develops new investment opportunities that are feasible for clients. Advises on the use of portfolio management techniques for different types of investments. Consults on how to balance the trade-off between investment risk and return.

Operations - Back Office: Implement operation workflow in accordance with specific business rules. Works in one or more 'back office' operations departments. Analyzes overall daily, weekly, monthly, and annual production requirements. Assesses the performance of tools and equipment used in a specific operations area. Explains major operations functions and their inter-relationships.

Investment Management: Guides customers through details and rationales behind investment strategies. Develops customized investment packages for select clients. Analyzes financial statements as a basis for investment recommendations. Evaluates the risk-return profile of various potential investments. Manages investments for multiple or different types of customers. Works with a variety of investment instruments.

Record Retention Policy: Advises on incorporating 'record retention' external best practices into internal policy development. Collaborates with internal control department to audit the effectiveness of record retention policies. Develops a record retention guide/manual that includes all of the policies, procedures, and standards within the financial institution. Evaluates the costs and benefits for established record storage and maintenance procedures. Detects the obstacles in record retention policy implementation and recommends corresponding solutions to eliminate them. Updates the current version of record retention policy to comply with new state and federal retention requirements.

Fiduciary Responsibilities: Designs contingency planning related to fiduciary responsibilities to be used in the event of a banking system failure. Advises on the appropriate solutions to complex fiduciary problems. Determines and develops the criteria for assessing fiduciary services to ensure customer needs are met. Coaches on the adoption of advanced technologies and tools for fiduciary transactions. Trains others on standard processes to maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of fiduciary responsibilities. Supervises the development and management of fiduciary services.

Trust Operations Management: Evaluates the quality of trust operations delivered throughout the organization. Controls financial investment risks and legal risks related to trust operations. Coordinates trust operations with other functions and interdependent parties, such as the legal department. Designs procedures, policies, and practical guidelines for trust operations. Builds and maintains relationships with clients and relevant agencies within the trust business. Sets investment income objectives and makes quarterly trust plans in order to achieve sales goals.

Partnership Accounting: Evaluates issues and considerations in integrating tax planning across different lines of businesses for partner(s). Compares and contrasts an organization's tax practices and strategies against tax laws and regulations. Facilitates the resolution of all tax planning items, problems, and issues with tax agencies. Evaluates pending legislation and its impact on partnership accounting. Teaches others how to prepare and document a variety of partnership accounting practices. Advises on federal, state, and local tax requirements and their inter-relationships.

Private Banking Services: Establishes and maintains relationships with existing and potential clients to enlarge customer network. Advises on generating customized private banking solutions for specific requirements of ultra high net worth clients. Works with various types of private banking products and services. Designs and applies the policies, key indicators, and processes of wealth management within department. Monitors the operation of private banking department to ensure operational and financial requirements are achieved. Optimizes and adjusts private banking products and services due to the market change.
