Description Our Client is seeking a proficient Accountant/Payroll Manager with experience in Property Management or HOA industry. This vital role requires an individual who is versatile, has keen attention to detail, and has excellent problem-solving capacity.Responsibilities:Oversee and manage regular payroll administration.Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports of payroll transactions.Ensure the successful execution of all financial transactions, including billing, tax calculation, HOA fees, and more.Perform month-end closing activities such as reconciliations and journal entries.Coordinate with HR in determining payroll liabilities by calculating employee taxes, insurance, and other deductions.Implement and maintain QuickBooks financial software.Qualifications:BA/BS DegreeMinimum 3+ years of accounting, payroll, or related experience. Experience in Real Estate or HOA industry is a plus.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks is requiredStrong knowledge of federal, state, and local payroll and tax regulations.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.A critical thinker with excellent decision-making skills.Ability to maintain strict confidentiality regarding payroll, benefits, and employee issues.   • The PMO Manager for the Project Management Office (PMO) is charged with the overall responsibility of their assigned Project Director (PD) and Project Manager (PM) team and its deliverables, including scope, cost, schedule, and quality. The manager will work as a liaison between the PM team and our CTDO partners, and a point of contact for our operational customers. The position assumes responsibility for providing expertise, supporting and overseeing use of established methodology, processes and project execution for the CTDO Division. He/she will manage the team members and all work associated with the team, as well as ensure that proper resources are available to meet deadlines. This dynamic leader must possess strong people leadership skills, customer service skills, organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities. This position reports to the Executive Director of CTDO PMO.
