RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce is immediately adding a full-time Business Planning Analyst in support of our industry leading technology development client in Houston, TX. Our client is seeking candidates who are driven to make positive changes to the way people live and work by creating breakthrough technology solutions.
Duties:
Responsible to define and develop short/midterm tactical and/or strategic direction for the product
Executes on product strategy, projects, and deliverables with Product Management team to enable sales and customers
Leads and drives processes to align strategies, metrics, and execution plans across multiple functions
Identifies/exploits business opportunities and leads risk assessment and related actions to mitigate those risks
Works on problems/projects of moderately complex scope
Limited impact
Works on problems/projects of moderately complex scope
Exercises independent judgment within defined practices and procedures to determine appropriate action
Acts as an informed team member providing analysis of information and limited project direction input
Follows established guidelines and interprets policies
Evaluates unique circumstances and makes recommendations
REQUIREMENTS:
Typically, a First Level university degree technical or nontechnical (Typically 3-4 year completion beyond High School/GED level) and/or 2-4 years of related experience
Slightly higher-level knowledge of Business Planning/Analysis theories, principles, concepts, processes & tools
Ability to apply intermediate level of Business Planning/Analysis knowledge to solve common issues/problems
Ability to apply intermediate level of subject matter knowledge to solve a variety of common business issues
Ability to exercise independent judgment within defined boundaries
