The Charge Nurse will lead and coordinate nursing activities within the patient care units. The Charge Nurse plays a vital role in managing patient care, supervising nursing staff, and ensuring high-quality nursing services are delivered.  The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills, clinical expertise, and the ability to make critical decisions in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily operations of the nursing unit, ensuring efficient and effective patient care delivery. Supervise and mentor nursing staff, providing guidance and support to promote professional development and teamwork. Assess patient care needs and allocate resources accordingly to ensure optimal staffing levels and patient outcomes. Collaborate with physicians, allied health professionals, and other members of the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans. Monitor patient progress and condition, addressing any changes or concerns promptly. Ensure compliance with nursing standards, hospital policies, and regulatory requirements. Facilitate communication among staff, patients, and families, promoting a collaborative and supportive environment. Assist in administrative duties, such as maintaining staffing schedules, reviewing patient charts, and documenting nursing interventions.
