You’ll play an integral role in helping our clients ensure they are protected by developing transformation strategies focused on security, efficiently integrate and manage new or existing technology systems to deliver continuous operational improvements and increase their cybersecurity investment, and detect, respond, and remediate threats.Our team helps organisations manage their controls over access to critical systems and assets during a crisis or an active cyber threat. Demonstrates knowledge and/or a proven record of successfully teaming with others to achieve defined outcomes, including;
Familiarity with leading Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery standards, guidance, and regulations across industries, such as ISO and FFIEC;
Experience in completing a Business Impact Assessment (BIA) and/or developing Business Continuity Plans, and understanding their role in the Business Continuity Management Lifecycle;
Understanding of basic Disaster Recovery processes, including policy and standards creation, as well as execution, such as application tiering, dependency mapping, etc;
General understanding of IT is preferred, with knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, and cybersecurity;
Experience with business continuity/resilience technology platforms preferred;
Demonstrated ability to digest and summarize large quantities of quantitative and qualitative data/information into coherent written reports and oral presentations;
Demonstrates ability to collaboratively address complex client challenges, including proven ability to problem-solve in unstructured environments;
Demonstrates an ability to assess business situations within the context of broader social, economic, and political environments;
Demonstrates some abilities and/or a proven record of success, as both an individual contributor and team member, with identify/propose creative solutions that push our clients to rethink the possible;
Demonstrates ability to effectively communicate with professional audiences (written and oral), as well as observe and capture dynamic observations during executive-level discussions;
Demonstrates ability to organize and manage workloads across multiple initiatives or projects, as well as the intellectual agility to reassess priorities based on changes to internal/external work environment;
Demonstrates ability to bring high level energy and a sense of urgency, decisiveness to our teams, including an ability to work well under pressure;

Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
