Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in insurance adjusting, construction, and inspection. This role will require a proactive leader who can manage multiple projects, ensure compliance with regulations, and drive successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion.

- Conduct inspections to ensure quality and compliance with safety standards.

- Collaborate with insurance adjusters and legal teams on claims management.

- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.

- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.

- Assess project risks and implement mitigation strategies.

- Ensure all work meets industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

- Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle.

- Proven experience as a project manager, preferably in construction and claims management.

- Background in insurance adjusting and legal aspects of claims is a plus.

- Strong inspection skills with attention to detail.

- Excellent organizational and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
