You will succeed in this role if you can be responsible for managing projects to successful completion, ensuring that projects deliver on time, on budget, and in accordance with standards and guidelines over the entire project. Supports the daily stand-ups, guaranteeing their are focused, brief, and timely
Support the team focus on the on-time delivery of agreed products
Organizes and leads the sprint planning and grooming meetings and records ticket assignments
Tracks and schedules projects - as per the Project Roadmap defined by the Business Owner
Places schedules and milestones with inputs from all other teams assigned to that product, manages project scope and timelines
Works with the Product Owner/Product Manager to turn the product roadmap into executable projects
Engages and communicates with designers, technical team members, developers, and stakeholders
Directs deployment scheduling in coordination with tech lead, Dev Ops, and Product Owner- Assists to manage dependencies among cross-product teams
Commands project planning
Combines info from QA leads, technical leads, and business analysts into ideas
Offers detailed reporting to management on milestone completion, project status, and risk assessments
Guarantee that the functional requirements are achievable, met, and tracked
Works with the Product Owner/Product Manager to facilitate creation and maintenance of the Project Roadmap
Aids to classify, manage, and identify risk for functional improvement requests
Attends as Scrum Master for the developers on the team - ensuring the team is working effectively, clearing obstacles, and leading scrum ceremonies
Works closely with the Product Owner/Product Manager, Business Analyst, QA Manager and Product Specialist
Works together with Product Owner/Product Manager to confirm that the product vision and high-level business objectives are distinct and workable
States the RACI matrix for projects in a product line
Provides project outlines with fitting ticket workflows and boards Requirements - Excellent oral and written communications skills

Project management knowledge, along with strong operation and project management skills
Applicants with experience working with e-learning and blended learning programs are preferred
Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
Minimum of 7+ years of relevant Project Management experience
Commitment and abilities to meet critical business deadlines
Show the ability to adapt and learn new techniques and skill sets when required
Solid understanding of Project Planning
Knowledge of Stakeholder Management
If you can demonstrate that you are familiar and comfortable with IT project management methodologies, this position is for you
Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical colleagues
Ability to recognize, evaluate, and resolve problems effectively
We are particularly looking for candidates with a Project Management (PMP) certification
