Lead Strategic Plan Specialist

As a Lead Strategic Plan Specialist here at Honeywell Smart Energy and Thermal Solutions (SETS), you will play a crucial role in leading and driving Honeywell's strategic planning initiatives. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans, conducting market research and analysis, identifying growth opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives. Your strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and ability to influence and inspire others will be essential in contributing to the growth and success of Honeywell. You will report directly to our Sr Director Strategic Planning and you’ll work out of our Houston location on a Hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the organization's strategic direction, alignment, execution, performance, risk management, stakeholder engagement, innovation, communication, budget management, cross-functional collaboration, long-term sustainability, performance improvement, employee development, and competitive advantage.
