This is a temporary (18 month contract) position, backfilling an employee who is moving onto an internal project.The Project Manager has the overall responsibility for managing all aspects of the execution of the contract and projects to the satisfaction of the client whilst maximizing the long-term commercial success of the business and contributing to the overall business strategy. The Project Manager will work closely with other stakeholders to ensure that all identified requirements of the project are met without compromising quality. The Project Manager is the primary interface between the Customer and Business and is accountable for driving the execution of assigned opportunities on all fronts. You will need to be a competent project leader; you will be process-minded, disciplined, and proactive – taking a hands-on approach to ensure the delivery of all activities in line with agreed project deliverables and on budget.Key Responsibilities and Outcomes:Project ManagementTaking ownership of the project scope, objectives, and deliverables whilst engaging all relevant stakeholders.Operate as a single point of contact for the Customer to manage the project delivery, demonstrating exceptional levels of communication throughout Manage technical and commercial aspects and issue resolution throughout the lifecycle of the project, including any changes to the scope of the projectProvide overall project management of large-scale orders, conduct and manage project meetings with Customers/EPCs/End users and track status, managing the order process through each hand-offEnsure Inventory management is optimized and tracked throughout the duration of the contract and escalate any potential issues in advanceProactively communicate with customers in relation to delivery dates and timelines, which include relevant travel to customer locationsEnsure the successful compliance to agreed project terms and conditions throughout the duration of the project.Translate and ensure meaningful and accurate output from project and Customer specifications and communication to ensure clarity of project requirements between all partiesManage the use of systems, processes, and reporting throughout the project to ensure internal compliance, audits, and approvals at each stage are metIndirectly manage teams of Project Admins to deliver exceptional project delivery and engage with other internal stakeholders as required Ensure a project is completed on time, to budget, achieves the desired outcomes, and meets required standards.Responsible for meeting contractual conditions all applicable specifications and managing commercial and technical risks and opportunitiesResponsible for the management of changes to the project by working with cross-functional organizations, but not limited to identification (recording in the MOC), impact analysis, planning, and execution.  Also coordinating costing and pricing with Quotes, Commercial, Sales, Quality, Manufacturing, and Engineering, as well as working with Sales on any VORs/Vos

Coordinate with buyer to ensure timely arrival of materials required Meet with subcontractors to ensure they understand their role in the project Responsible for all aspects of onsite installation of AV systems Adherence to project timeline and expectations Set up, configure and program networks, control systems, cameras and NVRs Review & react to daily updates to project documentation and work orders in job management software Accurate time clock entries and job costing Make decisions and be held accountable to Time and Materials Client training and transition to service department Conduct quality checks and enforce company standards On call rotation maybe required Some out-of-town travel may be required at times due to clients having multiple homes in other cities and states. Provide training or communication to disseminate pertinent information as required Fiscal responsibility for all assets & property assigned Customer service, including the ability to work with high profile and high demand customers Guardianship and preservation of client confidentiality and network/home security Adherence to state and federal laws, including adherence to traffic laws Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or relative work experience A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager The Project Manager must have previous project management experience or relative examples of large project completion Must pursue continuing education on systems including audio, video, security, lighting Prior experience managing successful projects with values ranging $5M and above Must be able to read house plans other job site related documentation Advanced communications skills in both written and verbal disciplines Basic wiring and connectivity skills as it pertains to low voltage standards Trouble shooting skills are essential Basic computer skills with the ability to become competent with in-house job management software Attention to detail, particularly regarding key component placement & system wiring Additional Requirements: Flexibility to meet customer demands outside of normal working hours Valid driver\'s license, clean driving record, and criminal background Security license preferred Physical Requirements: May require standing or stooping for extended periods Ability to work in tight spaces & at ladder height Additional Information BRAVAS offers competitive salaries, bonuses, medical/dental/vision insurance, prescription drug coverage, health savings account, flexible spending accounts, 401(k) plan, PTO and holiday pay.
