If so, David Weekley Homes is seeking a Project Manager to join our team!We are specifically looking for a Project Manager to oversee the planning and execution of large-scale business process projects across multiple teams. This position is not for a Product Owner or Scrum Master. This person will work closely with team members across the company at all levels to:Develop and maintain comprehensive business project plans – including project scope, objectives, deliverables, resource allocation and timelinesCoordinate project activities and lead project teams to ensure timely delivery of milestones and objectivesMonitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategy to keep projects on trackFacilitate communication between technical and non-technical to ensure alignment and transparencyPrepare and deliver project status updates and performance metrics to leadership TeamDrive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize project delivery process and enhance overall efficiency of the Information Services TeamResearch, document, and analyze business processes and requirements across the companyUse data-driven approach to identify trends and recommend improvements to business processesThe CandidateWe are looking for:Is experienced in leading large-scale business process projects – specifically project planning and management from start to finishIs highly organized – able to keep track of project timelines, deliverables, and resources to meet project deadlines, able to juggle multiple – sometimes competing - prioritiesIs a strong leader who effectively delegates tasks and inspires the project team to deliver results without directly managing the individual Team MembersIs an excellent communicator able to clearly convey expectations, give feedback and resolve conflicts; comfortable communicating to management and asking for assistance when needed; strong verbal and written communication skills – in person and virtuallyIs able to quickly adapt and change courses as needed to overcome project delaysIs able to anticipate potential opportunities and issues and proactively prepares potential solutionsIs able to visualize how different business processes interact and develop strategies to leverage the common componentsIs comfortable asking questions to uncover what’s working, what’s not working, and what would make our business operate more efficientlyIs willing to explore and learn parts of the business you may not already knowIs a great listener – both to direct and indirect feedback from the teamIs an engaging presenter – able to sell ideas with facts and benefitsWilling to learn through experiences and involvement in business processesThe PositionYou will be required to:Develop and maintain project plans – pulling together resources from across the IT Team (and occasionally beyond) to deliver project objectives in a timely mannerOrganize Project Team resources and keep projects moving with specific deadlines and deliverablesRegularly communicate with Project Team to provide guidance, direction and supportPlan, organize and host in-person and virtual project meetings with the Project Team and Stakeholders as neededCommunicate project progress, potential obstacles and recommended solution to management TeamDevelop and organize project documentation – working with Business Process Analysts, User Experience Designers, Product Owners, and Implementation SpecialistsDefine quality standards for project deliverables and ensure that standards are met as project proceeds towards completionUnderstand detailed project requirements and how the project supports the overall strategy of the companyGathering consensus on recommendations – follow up on feedback as neededLimited business travel may be required

Coordinate with buyer to ensure timely arrival of materials required Meet with subcontractors to ensure they understand their role in the project Responsible for all aspects of onsite installation of AV systems Adherence to project timeline and expectations Set up, configure and program networks, control systems, cameras and NVRs Review & react to daily updates to project documentation and work orders in job management software Accurate time clock entries and job costing Make decisions and be held accountable to Time and Materials Client training and transition to service department Conduct quality checks and enforce company standards On call rotation maybe required Some out-of-town travel may be required at times due to clients having multiple homes in other cities and states.
