Keystone Engineering is currently seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our Houston team. Position Type: Full-time Location: Houston, TX Work Environment/Physical Demands: Office Travel Requirements : Occasional site visits required. Essential Functions:

The Project Manager provides leadership to multi-disciplinary engineering/construction teams.

Works effectively within established budgets and deadlines.

Identifies various issues within projects, leads the development of solutions, and ensures solutions are implemented.

Conducts regular team meetings and maintains project goals.

Liaises with third parties such as external contractors regarding schedules and working practices.

Prepares and reviews contract documents, construction drawings, and specifications for code compliance and construction procedures.

Develops and delivers project schedules for engineering, procurement, construction, and closeout activities of the project.

Ensures that project planning accounts for all project phases, through and including: engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, startup and normal operation.

Generates progressive project cost estimates and schedules Construction Coordinators/Planners.

Ensures project meets environmental regulations; safety regulations; corporate, site, and industry engineering standards.

Engineering Deliverables & Design.

Procurement Planning & Execution.

Construction Facilitation & Reporting.

Requirements:

B.S. degree in Engineering from an ABET-accredited program.

15 + years experience in Project Management

Experience successfully executing capital projects $25MM+ TIC.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Self-motivated, organized, and solution advocate.

Attention to detail.
