WORKING FARM SEEKING EXPERIENCED FARM MANAGER IN TEXAS
$3000/month Plus Living — significant growth opportunities
Duties to include up to 7 days during on season - March - November. Work is typically 5 days a week but can change with harvests
-December-February 3 days a week
This position is located in MONTGOMERY TX.
Duties to include:
Care for Horses (5), and pet goats, sheep, ducks and chicken
Horse experience not required, but you will have space to ride
Landscape Maintenance on 8 acres
Property and Fence Maintenance
Weedeating property lines
Planting Successions Of Harvest Items
Weed Pulling
Consistent and Scheduled Watering
Composting
Tilling — Manual and Automatic
Harvesting
Flower conditioning and Cooler Inventory Maintenance
Occasional Deliveries
Small Carpentry Skills
You will also be responsible for managing employees.
Individuals should be good working with a team, be a natural leader, and also work well alone with good task management.
Hours are changing constantly, but can include 12-16 hour days. Plenty of breaks, but tasks are sometimes early and late on a farm to avoid harvesting in the heat of summer. You must be able to be up early when needed, typically 6AM during the summer months during the week.
This is a position with significant growth potential, joining a local startup at the ground level. We are looking for an individual to grow into leading the farm operations.

Starting salary is $3000/month PLUS all bills paid in a private large apartment connected to the main living.
