The sales support staff has the responsibility to work with the sales and manufacturing staff to provide customer service and team support. The positions essential responsibilities include data entry of all sales related processes, administrative support, office reception, and maintaining documentation.
Responsibilities:
- Data entry of quotations and orders and subsequent generation of sales documents.
- Data entry and maintenance of customer systems.
- Processing, generating, and submitting invoicing in accordance with customer requirements.
- Provide general admin and clerical supports, including emailing, mailing, scanning, faxing and copying.
- Answering, screening, and transferring inbound calls, opening, sorting and distributing incoming correspondence.
- Maintain overall office organization and cleanliness.
- Filing of records.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Excellent accuracy to detail. This is critical as all products are manufactured in accordance with customer provided specifications. Any error can result in unusable/unsellable products.
- Detail oriented and committed to producing quality work.
- Excellent written and verbal skills.
- High capacity for learning, retaining, and executing processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Adobe.
- Ability to learn and use new software programs.
