About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking an Associate Loan Servicing Representative to join our Auto Operations Impound team.The Associate Loan Servicing Representative will be responsible for responding to Auto Impound and/or Lien Notifications, working with the appropriate government agencies and third parties to secure the vehicle while complying with all regulatory requirements and Wells Fargo’s compliance policies.Learn more about the career areas and lines of business at wellsfargojobs.com.In this role, you will:

Perform a wide variety of tasks related to reviewing, researching, processing, and responding to inquiries from internal parties and external third-party vendors related to loan servicing tasks.

Respond to impound/lien notifications within the allotted time frame to protect the interests of the company.

Understand state specific guidelines and partner with city courts and other governmental agencies concerning a variety of impound questions or issues.

Communicate with impound lots to obtain information, schedule repossessions, and negotiate fees as needed.

Identify opportunities to improve loan servicing processes within established procedures.

Handle inbound and outbound calls of low to moderate complexity pertaining to loans and various loan servicing functions.

Regularly receive direction from Loan Servicing supervisors and escalate complicated questions and issues to more experienced individuals.

Required Qualifications:

6+ months of Loan Servicing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.

Desired Qualifications:

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Intermediate Microsoft Office skills

Ability to work effectively in fast-paced structured but flexible, adaptable and changing, call center environment

General understanding and knowledge of Auto Lending Lien Notifications

Ability to negotiate and facilitate issue resolution.

Experience in understanding policies and regulatory compliance.

Ability to work in a dynamic production-oriented environment.

Acute attention to detail and accuracy

Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritization skills

Ability to exercise independent judgment to identify and resolve problems.

Ability to collaborate and build business partnerships with internal and/or external parties.

Ability to interact with integrity and a high level of professionalism with all levels of team members and management

Technical skills: I-Repo, CARS, iTop, and/or ICMP

Job Expectations:

This position offers a Hybrid work schedule.

Successful candidates Must work the hours of 8:00am – 5:00pm CST Monday-Friday.
