Citibank, N.A. seeks a Business Analytics Lead Analyst for its Irving, Texas location.Duties: Perform analytics for coordination of Small Business early engagement, retention, account deepening, and lead optimization. Collaborate with Small Business product teams, and provide data insights to understand customer’s behaviors, preferences and needs in order to benchmark cross-sell opportunities and drive marketing campaigns to expand wallet share. Manage projects, which includes proposal design, requirements definition, process and project documentation, development and coordination with different stakeholders, testing, communications and training. Enhance senior management reporting capabilities through data pulls and design. Develop and manage ad-hoc and recurrent reporting to support existing and new initiatives in the business. Create and maintain Small Business foundational data with daily segmentation data, value proposition, client growth, distribution channel and vertical program analytics. Drive enhancements to existing customer relationship management tools to further sales activities in partnership with other team members. A telecommuting/hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite, in accordance with Citi policies and protocols.Requirements: Requires a Master’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Statistics, Business Analytics, or related field and 5 years of experience as an IT Analyst, Business Analyst, Specialized Analytics Lead Analyst, or related position involving data and business analytics. Alternatively, employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree in the stated fields and 7 years of the specified progressive post-baccalaureate experience. Full span of experience must include: Data analysis using SAS, SQL, and Python; Data visualization to derive and present insights from complex data; Advanced analytics tools and techniques including forecasting and cluster analysis; Data pipelines and Big Data engineering; Deposit market and financial products; Building strategies for customer acquisition, attrition, and retention; and Customer life cycle and P&L.
