Description We are in search of a Director with a strong focus on Hi Tech Engineering. The selected candidate will join our team in Irving, Texas, and play a pivotal role in managing our Cloud Hosting infrastructure business while ensuring its profitability. The position involves managing multiple implementation teams to deliver a scalable SaaS Cloud Architecture, maintaining our growing client lists, and ensuring the reliability and optimization of all Service Delivery Network (SDN) resources. Responsibilities Guide the implementation of critical operating practices and procedures to ensure reliable, high-performance environments for all business operations and customers. Maintain accountability for budgeting, designing, supporting, and evolving our SaaS Customer environments. Lead teams engaged in building and operating secure, available, and performant infrastructure platform environments. Work closely with other departments to create IT solutions that reinforce the business needs. Communicate effectively with Developers, Product Managers, Project Managers, Customer Success teams, and Executives supported by metrics and analysis of the full infrastructure and supporting teams. Demonstrate strong financial acumen with the ability to run a profitable business. Exhibit strong management and leadership skills gained through experience managing people, processes, and technology. Contribute to overall growth and probability objectives through a combination of business and technical skills. Lead the infrastructure team in developing and implementing IT solutions. Plan, schedule, communicate, and defend future infrastructure initiatives. Skills Proficient in Cisco Technologies, Cloud Technologies, CRM, Database, EO/IR systems, Backup Technologies, Computer Hardware, Contracts, Deployments, Design controls, Enterprise SaaS, Core Infrastructure, Infrastructure Architecture. Requirements Must have a strong understanding and experience with Cisco Technologies Proficiency in Cloud Technologies is required Experience with CRM systems is essential Must have knowledge and experience with database systems Familiarity with EO/IR systems is necessary Knowledge of Backup Technologies is required Experience with Computer Hardware is a must Must have experience in managing contracts Experience in planning and executing deployments is required Understanding and experience with design controls is necessary Must have experience with Enterprise SaaS Core Infrastructure knowledge and experience is required Must have experience in Infrastructure Architecture High tech engineering industry experience is preferred Proven track record in a directorial role within a similar industry is required Excellent leadership and team management skills are necessary Strong strategic planning and business development skills are essential Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required Must have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Proven ability to drive the technical direction of the company Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or related field is required Master’s degree in business administration or related field is preferred.
