Partner with Services leadership to shape and execute people strategies aligned with business goals, growth plans, and customer delivery models
Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, and change management
Support scale and transformation of Services functions, including global delivery and customer-facing operations
Lead talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership development
Drive performance management processes, ensuring clarity, accountability, and differentiation
Coach leaders on high-performing team dynamics, engagement, and retention strategies
Provide expert guidance on complex employee relations, ensuring compliance with US employment laws and company policies
Proactively identify organizational risks and partner with leadership to mitigate them
Leverage HR analytics, dashboards, and AI-based insights to inform decision-making
Identify trends in attrition, engagement, performance, and skills gaps
Partner cross-functionally across HR (TA, Comp & Benefits, OD) to deploy scalable programs
