About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Digital Product Manager to join the Merchant Services Pricing Portfolio Management team. The Senior Lead Digital Product Manager is responsible for merchant pricing portfolio analysis and management for merchant solutions for domestic markets and customer segments. This role will play a key part in evaluating existing customer price performance to support the evaluation/optimization of existing and potential creation of new pricing structures. In addition, this role will partner to devise how competitive/industry data can be integrated into current or future pricing strategies. This role will work directly with the senior stakeholders across the business to collaborate and contribute to the future vision of Wells Fargo Merchant Services pricing strategies.In this role, you will:

Develop a cadence to analyze and reprice existing merchants where appropriate and in conjunction with revenue goals.

Implement new product pricing strategies into the existing customer portfolio.

Monitor pricing actuals vs. expectations of new pricing strategies.

Coordinate with internal and external partners on development of new fees and pricing strategies.

Develop and implement a multi-processing platform pricing portfolio management strategy.

Understand and assess the impacts of Payment Network mandated fee changes to identify impacts to revenue margins, support the communication of all fee-related changes to impacted customers, and support the implementation of fee changes across all processing platforms.

Support the creation and maintenance of merchant portfolio pricing and profitability reporting to ensure proper customer pricing setup/configuration in alignment with current pricing strategies.

Develop and monitor trending reports to proactively identify changes in customer behavior and impacts to profitability.

Conduct various ad-hoc analysis to understand revenue trends or satisfy business partner requests.

As needed, assist in the resolution of billing remediation events, including calculation of adjustments, development of communication content to customers and submission of billing adjustments.

Partner with other merchant pricing portfolio management team members to reduce operational and execution risk introduced by the performance of the above activities.

Required Qualifications, US:

7+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

Extensive pricing experience in electronic payments, the payment card industry, or merchant acquiring with a specific understanding of interchange dynamics and back-office implications.

Experience developing a nascent pricing portfolio management capability including the ability to learn and integrate new pricing constructs and structures.

Demonstrated experience with complex products and pricing that require understanding of underlying direct, variable, non-controllable costs. Preferred knowledge of platform functionality and payment transaction processing flows.

Ability to research, design, and execute strategic initiatives impacting multiple functions across complex organizations.

Proficiency in building presentations and communications, with ability to simplify complex concepts.

Ability to communicate/present complex concepts to senior management.

Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important.

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) skills.

Advanced Microsoft SQL programming skills including ability to extract/transform data and partner with Data Analytics resources in the planning/creation/testing of required data environments to support merchant pricing portfolio management.

Experience in creating Business Requirements Documents for data extraction and report delivery.
