Description Robert Half is hiring a strategic Senior Shopping Marketing Manager for one of our clients in the food and beverage industry. The Senior Shopper Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading national strategic shopper marketing programs that impact customer's buying journey both in store and post store. The Senior Shopping Marketing Manager is responsible for delivering shopper insights and analyzing data to develop impactful selling stories that influence decision making. The Senior Shopper Marketing Manager will also plan and implement national packaging initiatives, and manage multiple seasonal and promotional packaging change outs through the year by working with different suppliers. You could be a great fit for this role if you have at least 7 years of shopper marketing experience in the US grocery market, have experience managing a team, and have a strong understanding of how CPG brands operate.
