You understand the intricacies of leading and delivering Oracle Applications Management Services (AMS) engagements. Additionally, you have the communication and people skills to inspire teams to bring their A-game. The Work:

Lead Application Management Services engagements in the Oracle ERP space comprising of multiple work streams such as ERP, EPM, HCM, CX, etc., focusing on accomplishing stated objectives such as timelines, cost, service levels, etc.

Collaborate with clients and internal teams to institute SOPs and service management processes

Prepare and present status reports and executive updates to key stakeholders and management

Identify opportunities for optimization, automation and innovation and deploy relevant accelerators, tools and assets to achieve targeted outcomes

Coordinate and collaborate with geographically distributed teams across time zones as part of client service delivery

Anchor and coordinate critical incidents, cross functional and cross application issues between teams

Respond to RFPs and proposal requests from clients and prospects

Design proposal and orals presentations and participate in orals sessions with clients and prospects

Demonstrate proficiency in in one or more modules of Oracle Cloud technologies (Oracle ERP Cloud, Oracle HCM Cloud, Oracle CX Cloud, Oracle SCM Cloud, PaaS and OIC)

Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements

What You Need:

A minimum of 10 years of experience in Delivery Management specifically in providing Application Management Services (AMS) to clients

A minimum of 5 years of experience managing offshore resources.

Experience leading at least three Application Management Services engagements in the Oracle Cloud space

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience (If an, Associate’s Degree with 6 years of work experience)

Bonus Points If:

Proficiency in one or more industry sectors – Resources, Products, Public Sector, Healthcare, Financial services, Communications, Media, or Technology

Familiarity working with Salesforce or similar Sales / CRM tools

About This Opportunity Responsibilities JOB DUTIES: Responsible for leading quality engineering team and quality process in a hybrid environment with Agile teams at varying levels of maturity.
