Performs activities such as reporting for term securitization and private warehouse facilities, assisting in review of transaction legal documents, overseeing collateral/structural cash flow and liquidity models, working with IT and project management teams, managing Treasury compliance requirements and reporting, and performing ad hoc projects, reporting, and requests as needed. Job Duties

Complete monthly and quarterly reports for Warehouse facility and EART securitizations for investors, rating agencies, and banks.

Complete reporting and analytics on performance of assets backing debt agreements, on a monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad hoc basis.

Respond to inquiries and requests from internal and external parties.

Work with internal business and finance teams to manage daily cash balance and available liquidity.

Assist with SOX testing as well as internal and external audits.

Develop, implement, and maintain Treasury Reporting policies and procedures.

Recommend and implement opportunities for automation and process improvements for more efficient work output.

Ensure compliance with Exeter’s policies & procedures, safety, state and federal laws, regulations and standards.

Other duties as assigned.

Education and Work Experience

College degree or equivalent work experience.

Zero (0) + years of finance or accounting experience.

Experience in online banking systems and payment processing at a structured finance company that utilizes multiple lockbox accounts/multiple payment channels is a plus.

Strong analytical and problem solving skills, including Excel based experience.

Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and meet deadlines is required.

Ability to work independently, with little supervision.
