Description We are seeking a Sales Associate 1 to join our team in Plano, Texas. In this role, you will be tasked with providing excellent customer service and sales support within our retail stores. You will also be responsible for staying current with new products, features, and content, helping customers find the right product fit for their needs, and meeting or exceeding established performance goals. Responsibilities: Provide excellent service and solutions to all current and future customers Stay updated with new products, features, and content Assist customers in finding the right product fit for their needs Meet or exceed established performance goals Engage in store activities including inventory management, merchandising, marketing, and other duties as assigned Participate in cross-departmental initiatives that may include Commercial Third Party Retail, Corporate Wellness, community events, and Customer Support Maintain accurate customer records and take appropriate action based on customer account monitoring Process customer credit applications accurately and efficiently Ensure a high standard of written communication is maintained in all customer interactions Adhere to physical requirements of the role which may involve long periods of standing, walking, bending, and lifting items weighing 25 lbs or more. Requirements Proficiency in customer service and sales skills Ability to generate accurate reports on sales performance Knowledge of marketing strategies and techniques Familiarity with 'About Time' software for time management Experience with workstation support and troubleshooting Ability to create and implement effective merchandising displays Experience in retail environments, preferably in sales roles Ability to effectively close sales transactions Knowledge of disability benefits and related procedures Strong written communication skills for customer correspondence and internal communication Familiarity with third-party partnerships and collaborations Physical capability for lifting merchandise as required Willingness to work overtime as necessary Experience in organizing and participating in community events Proven track record of meeting performance goals Experience in retail store operations Ability to provide sales support to other team members Proven sales record demonstrating ability to meet and exceed targets Able to meet physical requirements of the role, such as standing for long periods and lifting heavy objects.
