In this position you will be a servant leader and agile coach guiding the work of team members and suppliers to improve the value stream.What You Will Do
Manage software development team with minimal oversight by customer or contractor personnel
Collaborate with Systems Engineering on concept development for future execution
Collaborate with customer technical and programmatic personnel to define and plan tasking, manage staffing, and report progress
Demonstrate critical thinking skills with the ability to communicate concepts and ideas well.
Use proven problem solving and analytical skills.
The ability to obtain and maintain SCI program access and complete polygraphs.
Qualifications You Must Have
Typically requires a Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and at least 8 years of Software Engineering and/or Systems Engineering experience
Experience collaborating with contractor and customer subject matter experts and systems engineers to plan and execute work
Experience organizing and executing activities that may be a mix of hard requirements or incomplete concepts
Experience working in an environment with ambiguous and rapidly changing customer needs and interests
Experience using Atlassian, Jira, or Confluence software
Agile execution experience as a Scrum Master or Product Owner
Active and transferable U.S. government issued Top Secret security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
Qualifications We Prefer
Industry Agile certification such as Release Train Engineer (RTE), Scrum Master (CSM), or Product Owner (CPO)
Customer domain experience to include understanding of the work context, history, and emerging future
Experience collaborating with related programs to define and support multi-program experiments
Experience successfully managing agile costs and schedule baselines using Earned Value Management System (EVMS) techniques
Experience reporting program status, metrics, risks, opportunities, and staffing needs to Engineering and business leadership

The salary range for this role is 96,000 USD - 200,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
