Description WOur client is Seeking a Contract to Hire Accountant for the Procurement Sourcing Services Side of their Company!The Contract to hire Accountant will be responsible for but not limited to the following job duties and skills. 1 Post Deposits from BAE2 Upload and send invoices/bills for TE and Grainger3 Review KTA report to ensure all submitted invoices were accepted, resolve rejected invoices4 Prudential Invoices 5 Enter AP and Credit Card Transactions6 Balance Deposit Postings to G/L 7 Balance Credit Card Transactions to G/L8 Review Accounting email box and distribute as needed9 Add new suppliers10 Misc filing as needed to ensure records are kept
Solid understanding of Full Cycle Accounting Particularly Unapplied Cash, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
Software: QuickBooks Enterprise 22.0, Microsoft Excel. If you have 4+ years in accounting professional with strong QuickBooks experience and attention to detail this position is for you! Contact your local Robert Half office, apply online for immediate consideration.Requirements Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Staff Accountant role or similar position Demonstrated proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP) and General Ledger Experience with Month End Close procedures Competence in Coding Invoices, Code Invoices, and Enter Invoices Familiarity with managing Vendor Invoices and Supplier Invoices Ability to handle Cash Deposits and Company Credit Card transactions Experience with Credit Card Charges and High-Volume Invoicing Proficiency in using QuickBooks Enterprise Strong skills in Excel Formulas and Microsoft Excel Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is preferred Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
