We are looking for a Performance Engineer to support a wide range of improvements to performance engineering processes, including production monitoring from the perspective of client interactivity.
Engineer performance testing into the agile scrum process and establish service level agreements, agent deployments, including optimizations and tuning's per requirements
Monitor application performance, optimize performance bottlenecks and usage to create an application capacity model
Actively participating in mentoring junior team members.
Work with Team Leads, Architects, and Developers across the organization to proactively monitor application performance and ensure new features align to application SLA
Understand and performance test the APIs, abstractions and integration patterns to solve challenging distributed computing problems
Actively work on creating test harnesses to inject load, analyze metrics from application and system logs, and simulate system behavior to improve the performance and reliability of web applications using in-house tools, the latest open source and cloud technologies.
Production analysis of performance, availability and capacity using tools like Dynatrace/Splunk/AppDynamics/mpulse
Looking for a performance engineer to help test numerous CD1 Tier 1 and Tier 2a applications that are targeted to go to production in Q4 2022 and Q1 2023. This person will also make any necessary process enhancements to our existing PE process, so we have consistent practices going forward across our portfolio.
