This position will be responsible for supporting the fulfillment and execution of omnichannel marketing campaigns and task management of team processes. They will work with the Sr. Specialist on their teams to collaborate with Events, Educational Programs, Brand, Communications, Editorial and Marketing Audience Segment teams as well as external marketing vendors to ensure strong and consistent design and successful campaign execution. This role will engage with various stakeholders, as needed, to effectively implement the delivery of campaigns across print and digital platforms. In addition, this position will aid in pulling, reporting, and reviewing analytics, collecting assets to prepare speaker/entertainment announcements, managing tasks and project plans across the Events & Seminars Marketing team, ensuring external paid media placements are delivered on time, and assisting in cross-departmental marketing across the events and products on which they work.Responsibilities:· Collaborates with the Event Marketing team and supports the Manager, Lead Specialist, and Sr. Specialist in the day-to-day execution of marketing campaigns across their SHRM conferences and Educational Program Seminars. Reports out ] any roadblocks, challenges, or issues during weekly 1:1s or team meetings.· Serves as secondary copywriter on their conferences and seminar marketing, ensuring tone and information is appropriate for the event, audience, and channel in which it will deliver. This includes constant awareness of industry news and challenges to incorporate into marketing copy.· Contributes to the overall team efforts to achieve and exceed attendee and revenue goals for their conferences and seminar registrations within the larger Events & Seminars Marketing team.· Works to integrate best practices and proper branding in the email marketing channel and is proficient with the Marketo platform to push communications out for their associated event content calendars. Tasks include, but not limited to: list management, creation and adaptation of SmartLists, updates to exclusion lists, segmentation, collaboration with counterparts on Audience Segment teams, development and design of emails, QA, testing, and optimization, as well as regularly reviewing email analytics and reporting out on findings to the larger team.· Pulls analytics reports (Marketo, Google, NetSuite, Data Warehouse, etc.) as needed to assist the team with optimizing marketing campaigns for their specific events or executive reports.· Reviews, as a second set of eyes, all marketing assets for their areas of focus.· Coordinates and communicates with creative, growth marketing and communication teams, and other internal teams to ensure deadlines are met.· Backs up Events & Seminars Sr. Specialist on their assigned areas of focus and during stakeholder meetings, as needed.· Submits and serves as one of the leads on JIRA tickets requesting services from other SHRM support groups, such as IT, Creative, Social, etc.· Participates in brainstorming sessions with focus on improving the customer experience and campaign outcomes.· Daily monitoring of performance dashboards to ensure campaigns run effectively and applies these learnings to other channels.· Manages SMS/Hustle campaigns for the team.· Manages multi-stakeholder processes and communications for the team and their areas of focus.Handles general attendee communication for SHRM events.Education & Experience Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience

At least five (3) years of progressive marketing experience.

Proven project management skills desired.

Experienced in email marketing.

Proficient with marketing copywriting across various channels.

Creative, with strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.

Excellent communication and people-management skills to collaborate with various team members and stakeholders.

Experience working on marketing campaigns with varying timeframes and complexities.

Proficient in the use of Google Analytics and email reporting.

Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc.).

Good with time management, with an ability to pivot as necessary or multi-task to adhere to tight deadlines required.
