Support the development and implementation of new client strategies and solutions Analyze and compare vendor products, services, and contracts Perform financial analyses, including developing pricing, creating employee contribution strategies, modeling plan design alternatives, etc. Gain specialized knowledge in areas such as pharmacy, life and disability insurance, health equity and wellbeing, vendor placement, actuarial/analytics, and more Evaluate responses to surveys and vendor proposals Collaboratively work with your RCGP class supporting project opportunities and various trainingsRole Requirements.

Summer 2025 internship with the Health & Benefits business

Progress towards a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with a minimum overall GPA of 3.0

Preferred course work may include human capital/human resource management, health economics, risk management & insurance, business management, marketing and finance, advanced mathematics

Prior internship or other work experience demonstrating increasing levels of complex work, autonomy, and client service skills

For Actuarial students: Successful completion of one or more actuarial exams highly preferred

Ability to be a self-starter and work independently, but also cooperatively in a close team environment

Passion for solving problems and sharing solutions to exceed client standards

Resourceful and creative; inquisitive

Sense of accountability; owning one’s work and taking pride in it

Thrives in a fast-paced, client-oriented environment

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint

Compensation and BenefitsBase salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that base salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, qualifications/experience, performance in the role and potential for revenue generation (Producer roles only).CompensationThe base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $70,000 – 75,000 USD.This role is also eligible for an annual short-term incentive bonus.Company BenefitsWTW provides a competitive benefit package which includes the following (eligibility requirements apply):

HIRT provides DHS’s front-line response for cyber incidents and proactive hunting for malicious cyber activity. BCMC provides support for on and offsite incident response to Government agencies and critical infrastructure owners who experience cyber-attacks. BCMC provides HIRT advanced technical assistance, proactive hunting, rapid onsite incident response, and immediate investigation, using host and network-based cybersecurity analysis capabilities. Personnel perform investigations to characterize the level of severity of breaches and develop mitigation/remediation plans. BCMC is seeking Network Forensics Cybersecurity Analysts to support this critical customer mission.
