SALES & MARKETING:SALES: Assist retail and commercial customers in-store and electronically (phone/email)Drive new business by engaging with walk-in customers and recommending productsCoordinate orders and in-store pickups for commercial clientsMARKETING: Collaborate with Asst. Store Manager on social media content promoting products, sales, and eventsMaintain and organize store collateral and samplesAssist with quarterly merchandising and store layout updatesSupport store and community event executionSTORE OPERATIONS: Participate in daily store activities (register, sales, opening/closing)Maintain a clean and safe work environmentLead team onboarding and training for product knowledge and sales skillsAssist with inventory managementSHIPPING & RECEIVING:Manage inbound deliveries, including logging and distribution when neededADDITIONAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Performs other job-related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.
