job detailsOur client is looking for a personable and detail oriented Member Support Associate/Customer Care Coordinator with 1-2+ years of customer service, data entry, and/or administrative experience. This will be a fully on site position located in Chantilly, VA with a duration of 4-6 months (could extend and/or become permanent depending on performance). Actively manage and support the account work order system, ensuring timely completion and compliance with key performance indicators, while delivering excellent customer service
Create and monitor request service tickets, ensuring prompt resolution and appropriate follow-up
Ensure timely follow-up with customers and clients
Demonstrate self-motivation, confidence, energy, and adaptability
Strong focus on customer service and the ability to deliver superior service to clients
Strong multitasking abilities and the capacity to work autonomously
Proficiency in MS Office and exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Comfortable working with technology tools to support business operations
Strong organizational skills and a collaborative approach
Proficient in Microsoft 365 environment
