Description We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team in the Real Estate Property/Facilities Mgt industry, located in Newport News, Virginia. As the Administrative Assistant, you will be the first point of contact in the office, offering assistance to our agents and ensuring smooth office operations. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities: Be the primary point of contact in the office, managing all forms of communication and providing professional assistance to visitors Provide support to our team of agents through efficient correspondence management Manage the preparation of leases and purchase agreements, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date Handle data entry tasks, entering relevant information into our system with a high level of accuracy Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point) to create, edit, and manage documents and presentations Answer inbound calls, providing excellent customer service and directing calls as necessary Assist in the creation and implementation of marketing strategies, utilizing InDesign/Illustrator when necessary Manage email correspondence, ensuring all messages are responded to in a timely and professional manner. Requirements Proficient in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Outlook Experience in customer service and responding to client inquiries Ability to handle data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency Skilled in answering inbound calls and managing multiple lines Capable of managing and responding to high volume email correspondence Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion Previous experience in an administrative or assistant role is preferred Experience in the real estate property or facilities management industry is a plus Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
