In addition, provides direct administrative support to the AVP .Type of Recruitment Knowledge, skills and abilities Considerable knowledge of computer applications including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, online information systems. Some knowledge of student information systems such as Degree Works, and/or Retain, 360, or similar platforms. Considerable knowledge of customer services practices/procedures. Some knowledge of project management techniques/processes.Considerable communication skills. Some research and problem-solving skills.Demonstrated ability to communicate information in a clear and understandable manner, both verbally and in writing. Demonstrated ability to interpret policy and procedures to diverse group of customers and to use sound judgement and discretion.Special licenses, registration or certification NoneEducation or training NoneLevel and type of experience Considerable administrative, organizational, and customer service experience. Considerable experience using office software such as, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Suites.Some experience with a wide range of office equipment, procedures and practices, including travel and budget guidelines.
