Job Title: Heavy Equipment MechanicJob DescriptionDiagnose and repair issues in diesel engines. Diagnose and repair issues with hydraulics, brakes, transmission, steering, and other systems. Perform preventative maintenance on heavy equipment including dozers, excavators, heavy haul trucks, etc. Perform welding or fabrication tasks on equipment as necessary. Prepare work orders and order parts. Fuel equipment and maintain daily log. Maintain a clean and orderly work area and meet other housekeeping needs. Perform additional assignments as needed.Hard Skills
