Lead the technical team to build capabilities and solutions within the Enterprise Data Platform (EDP) powered by Snowflake, Tableau, Informatica, and AWS
Oversee the end to end technical process to ingest, prepare, model, and produce analytics end products to users within the State and the constituents at large
Coordinate with cross functional teams across data engineering, analytics, governance, compliance, and IT to deliver on project objectives
Support the creation of data governance practices, procedures, and operating models to advance data modernization, privacy, and security principles
Manage the project scope and timeline using Hybrid Agile methodologies to meet client expectations

Bachelor's degree required
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role
Travel up to 5-25% based on the clients and industries you serve
7+ years of professional services consulting experience in strategy, risk, or technology domains
Preferred:
2+ years demonstrated frontend software engineering (Vue/JavaScript/Angular/React)
Creativity and innovation - desire to learn and apply new technologies, products, and libraries.
Strong knowledge of best practices - willingness to review code and work and provide feedback to other engineers
Experience implementing wireframes with flexible, well-structured code
Willingness to collaborate with distributed teams
Comfortable with code versioning tools such as Git
