Recently voted by Evening Magazine as one of the top Luxury Hotels in Western Washington. We are seeking a dynamic Food & Beverage leader to help oversee our Lighthouse Grill and Lounge operations. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
To be a motivational and supported Food & Beverage leader with objectives to increase long term profitability through continuous improvement of team member development, guest satisfaction and excellence in operations execution.
To provide the highest level of service and care to our guests and to your crew members.
High level shift management.
Crew member training.
Operations execution during high revenue periods.
Communicating with guests to ensure satisfaction.
All other key areas and tasks as required by the General Manager and Food & Beverage department members.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Previous experience as a F&B Manager or Assistant Manager in a high volume, full service restaurant.
Proven ability to provide ongoing training in a positive and encouraging way. Ability to assist with banquet set-up and food service.
