Receptionist/Administrative Assistant
Established Bellingham Property Management company is seeking a full-time administrative assistant. We are looking for a smart, capable, highly motivated individual with 1+ years of property management experience (preferred) to assist with our property management needs.
Job Responsibilities:
Assist with daily phone calls, directing them to the appropriate property manager and maintain an accurate call log.
Schedule Planned Maintenance for association common areas
Assist coordinating with unit owners and third parties to address maintenance and facility needs.
Checkout keys to vendors and manage the key log.
Assist with other general administrative tasks as assigned.
Contributes to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
Assistant Property Manager Qualifications/Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Must be able to commit to the hours of operation
Detail oriented and highly organized
Strong customer service skills
Skilled in time management and the ability to prioritize tasks
Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Experience using Appfolio is a plus
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent (bachelor’s degree in business, management or real estate preferred)
Previous experience in property management or real estate preferred
