We are seeking a Principal Service Engineer with expertise in Software Asset Management to join our team. This key role focuses on managing relationships with major software vendors, overseeing software contracts and licenses, managing software audits, and aligning with our technical and financial goals. The ideal candidate will guide our strategic direction in software asset utilization and compliance, reduce vendor risks, and advance the development of enterprise services. Working closely with developers, testers, and program managers, Service Engineers design, operate, and enhance large-scale computer-based services for IS, non-IS, and clinical caregivers, matching the technical skills of their counterparts in Development, Test, and Program Management.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor\'s Degree - Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering or equivalent educ/experience.
8 years - Related experience; more preferred.
Strong experience in automation, specifically related to deployment, recovery, or other manual processes.
Strong experience with n-tier solutions.
Strong experience with resilience modeling (failure mode analysis) and ability to simulate service outages for point solutions (automated) and platforms (manually).
Strong experience influencing engineering team members in translating customer and technical requirements into service architecture to meet Quality of Service Expectations.
Strong experience leading and representing the Service in backlog discussions and standups to establish appropriate prioritization of Live Site requirements.
Strong experience leveraging data and metrics to drive behavior, process, and priority decisions. Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems.
Strong experience in advanced problem solving using systematic procedures and investigating problems utilizing root cause analysis.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master\'s Degree - Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering or equivalent educ/experience.
Experience in a Healthcare environment.
8 years of Software Asset Management related experience; 12+ preferred.
Proven experience with software audits and compliance.

The Caregiver Relations Consultant II is responsible for serving as a trusted resource for Core Leaders and Caregivers who face employee relations matters where content and subject-matter expertise is needed. The role includes ensuring consistent and best practice approaches to positive employee and labor relations, adherence to HR policies, compliance with regulatory and policy requirements and standards, investigations, and recommendations for workplace environment improvement.
