Duties:
office assistant, receptionist, light book keeping duties, organizer & sales
answer phones & route appropriately
send ship orders
proficient with Quick Books, excel, Word, & Razor field management
data entry
demonstrate ability to problem solve, & follow through with tasks independently
maintain data & keep customer relations
website updates
coordinate orders and returns for clients
read diagrams, part sheets and source parts accordingly
must have positive can do attitude and work well with others
