Your job duties would include:
Bookkeeping Cleanups
Audit Assistance
Read + Prepare Financial Statements
Processing payrolls
Reconciling bank accounts and sales
Accurately record financial transactions
Maintain accurate A/P and A/R
Prepare payroll tax returns
Prepare state business tax returns
Assist clients with business development
Personal + Business Tax Return assistance in preparation
Responding to Government agency notices
2-3 years experience in accounting firm or bookkeeping required
Comfortable and knowledgeable with QuickBooks Desktop + Online, Microsoft (Office) Excel
