We are expanding our CAD staff at 2-D As-Built Floor Plans. Our CAD Drafters produce as-builts drawings from 2D and 3D data files produced by our building surveyors.
This position requires:
- Knowledge of AutoCAD (architectural applications)
- Revit modeling or other 3D modeling software such as SketchUp, Rhino, Solidworks, etc.
- High attention to detail and quality
- Good sense of spatial orientation
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently
Experience or Knowledge of following a plus:
- Construction as-builts and architectural drafting
- Experience working with point clouds in Recap and Revit to create 2D and 3D drawings
- National CAD standards, particularly layer naming conventions, as well as other architectural CAD layering Standards
- BOMA Standards and application in commercial leasing
