Participating in crafting and implementing progressive business plans, to meet and exceed company objectives.

Serving and providing strategic direction to the US NIV Sales team to include mentoring, motivating and leading the development of our sales team members.

Personal involvement in driving strategic sales opportunities that supply significantly to our business results.

Working collaboratively with internal and external collaborator groups to achieve business results and drive a culture of partnership.

Cultivating operational excellence by continually challenging old methods or ways of thinking and taking responsible risks to improve results; serve as a role model in creative thinking and in focusing on quality work.

Cascading organizational goals through the function/work area to the individual level and ensure individuals understand how they are a part of our business success.

Establishing goals and achieve results within your team, holding yourself and others accountable for results.

Interpreting internal/external business issues and adapts work priorities.

Assisting in developing account strategies and tactical plans for your team or key product(s)/service(s).

Working with customers to anticipate and interpret customer needs and business challenges.

Identifying quality and service-oriented customer solutions and share key insights with team.

Continuously assessing the efficiency of functional processes to lead progressive improvement initiatives applying principles of sales excellence

Your Skills and ExpertiseTo set you up for success in this role from day one, Vyaire is looking for candidates who have the following required qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree and 5 years experience or Associate’s degree and 7 years experience required

Proven experience driving significant improvements with a team and business.

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

A dynamic, daring change agent with the ability to move customers to action, with tenacity and aim to over perform business goals.

Bachelors degree preferred

A passion to understand current and prospective customers’ business needs in a way that aligns our solutions with their needs in order to create value, improve patient outcomes and meet/exceed Vyaire business goals.

Proven track record in exceeding sales targets.

Self-starter, ability to perform effectively during times of ambiguity, rapid change and growth.

Experience mentoring and developing a sales team through clearly defined expectations, tracking and monitoring activities and resulting revenues.

Respiratory background preferred; but not required.

Strong planning, forecasting, negotiation and presentation skills

Essential Function Requirements:Credentialing: Employee shall secure and maintain the credentials required by Vyaire Medical and its customers. Securing those credentials may require mandatory vaccinations and other tests. (If employee is unwilling or unable to comply with any credentialing requirement because of religious or health/medical/disability related restrictions, employee must immediately notify Vyaire Medical’s Human Resources Department to discuss possible reasonable accommodations regarding those restrictions.)Travel: May include up to [50-70%] (domestic)Relocation Assistance: May be authorizedBenefit elections are among the most meaningful choices that we make for ourselves and our family. There is an additional earning potential with a variable component of $90,000.
