Description Robert Half is searching for a Project Manager to support a non-profit health center in Seattle, WA. This candidate will be partnering with a steering committee to drive project workflows and roadmaps for implementing and enhancing software. This position is a temporary contract (6 months) that is Hybrid. Collaborate with project sponsors and champions to understand project objectives, business requirements, and use cases.
Lead kickoff meetings and gather background information to formulate project plans.
Organize and coordinate meetings and other project-related activities to facilitate progress.
Provide occasional assistance with research tasks to support project objectives.
Develop materials and resources to support the sustainability of the project long term.
Ensure the team is well-prepared for project go-live by providing necessary training materials, equipment, and schedules.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in Project Management
Experienced in workflow mapping and re-designing
Knowledgeable in Office 365 for project build out
Strong ability to communicate effectively
