Swing Wine Bar is a full-scale restaurant overlooking Capitol Lake and the south sound, and has been delighting guests for 17 years. We are looking for our next chef or kitchen lead to move forward with fresh ideas, while maintaining our proven standard of excellence.
Qualified candidates should have extensive professional kitchen experience and familiarity with this style of restaurant. We are looking for someone with creative ideas, a fantastic work ethic, ability to do cost outs, ordering, and scheduling while working closely with the owners and other kitchen staff.

Hours and or salary are dependent upon experience, within the range of 55,000 - 70,000 per year. This position could be an hourly position or a salaried position, depending upon the applicant.
