DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Clean and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, trays, and utensils using proper procedures and equipment, ensuring complete cleanliness standards are met.
Maintain dish area organization and cleanliness, including monitoring chemical levels and water temperatures according to safety standards.
Clean kitchen areas by washing worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks, and other food prep surfaces to maintain sanitation standards.
Polish silverware using appropriate equipment and procedures while following safety guidelines.
Transfer supplies between storage and work areas, assist with loading and unloading of products.
Handle waste management including removal of trash, cleaning of garbage cans, and maintaining proper disposal procedures.
REQUIREMENTS:
Previous dishwashing experience required
Current food handlers card required
Ability to follow safety and sanitation procedures consistently
Physical capability to perform cleaning tasks and move supplies
Available to work Monday - Friday schedule (hours may vary)
