We are a small family business in Ballard looking for an experienced prep person to help us during the daytime.
NO FRONT END WORK!
Duties include but are not limited to:
Prep Salad Dressing / Veggies with a RoboCoupe / Portion Ingredients / Cook Sausage & Croutons / Prep Cheeses & Sauces
Set Up Sani Buckets in AM / 3 Basin Sink / Put out Anti-Fatigue Mats
Make Pizza Dough in Mixer and smaller batches of our Gluten Free dough by hand (will train)
Make Food Orders based on pars (will train)
Hours are super flex - mainly 9 am to 4 pm Tuesday - Saturday (but you can arrive earlier or later as long as the work gets done). Usually ends up being around 30 hours a week.
Starting Pay will range from $22-24 DOE plus tips which usually are $5 - $8 an hour.
